1. About Cloth Made Different

Cloth Made Different creates handmade, one-of-a-kind clothing and wearable art using reclaimed, vintage, and previously existing textiles, including blankets, quilts, towels, tapestries, and other fabrics.

Because our products are handmade from unique materials, no two pieces are guaranteed to be exactly alike.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors, materials, measurements, and other details.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, lighting, or screen settings.

Our garments may contain natural characteristics associated with reclaimed or vintage textiles, including variations in color, texture, fading, minor marks, previous stitching, minor wear, or other signs of age.

These characteristics may be part of the design and history of the material and are not necessarily defects.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and disclosed imperfections before purchasing.

3. One-of-One Products

Many Cloth Made Different products are one-of-a-kind.

Once a one-of-one item is sold, we may not be able to reproduce or replace it.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel an order placed at the incorrect price.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect customer information
Shipping restrictions
Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are generally final because our products are one-of-one handmade garments.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

7. Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Cloth Made Different is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
